| BORDER REQUIREMENTS
|
Effective June 1, 2009, you must have a
passport, passport card, enhanced drivers license or trusted traveler
card to return to the US from Canada.
A valid rabies certificate is
required for all cats entering Canada whether by land, air, or sea.

To enter your cat in the show, submit the following to the
entry clerk. (For closing dates, see the box at right.)
DEADLINES
NOTE: Entering this show (completing and sending the
Summary Sheet)
constitutes a legal obligation to pay all fees related to the show,
regardless of whether cat(s) actually attend and participate in the
show.
- To receive the Early Bird discount, payment in
full must be made at the time the summary sheet is received by the
entry clerk. Ends at 9 PM on April 4, 2024.
- Regular entries must be received by 9 PM on
May 5, 2024.
- Enter early! We will close when our limit of
125 cats
is reached. We have filled before the closing date for the
past several shows. Don't be left out!
Payment
- For payment options,
see our Entry Payment page.
- Per TICA rules, no refunds will be given.
- We reserve the right to cancel entries for which payment has not
yet been received.
- Payment for Email, Fax, or Internet entries must be sent within
24 hours.
- To receive the Early Bird discount, payment must
be made in full at the time the summary sheet is received by the
entry clerk. Ends at 9 PM April 4, 2024.
- Entry fees are payable even if cat is not benched: Entering the
show (completing and sending the summary sheet) constitutes a legal
obligation to pay all fees related to the show, regardless of
whether my cats(s) actually attend and participate in the show.
- All fees not paid within 10 days
of the close of the show will be subject to disciplinary action.
- Entry
fees can only be paid at the door if you make advance
arrangements with the entry clerk, and will be assessed a $25 late
fee.
- Returned cheques are assessed a $25 fee for each time returned,
plus any bank fees incurred by CF of BC, and must be paid prior to
benching.
- Cats co-owned but living in different
households are eligible for multi-cat discounts providing a copy of
the TICA registration showing both owners accompanies the entry. If
you enter via the online flyer either fax or mail a copy of the TICA
registration to the entry clerk. Do not mail your original TICA
registration form to the entry clerk.
To Enter Online
- To enter online, please submit a
summary sheet
via this website.
- You must also enter each of your entries via the
TOES online entry system.
(Important: to enter cats via TOES, you must first log in.)
- Then, please send your payment within 24 hours.
(If you have any problems
with the online entry process, please email the entry clerk.)
To Email Your Entry
It's generally better to use our summary sheet and
TOES (TICA Online Entry
system) than to simply send your entry information in an email. (Most folks who
send in "email entries" end up omitting something important.) If you use
the online forms, you'll be prompted for all the information required.
If for some reason you can't get TOES and/or our online summary sheet to work, then go
ahead and enter via email. To do this, send an email containing the necessary
information to the entry clerk. Please be sure to
include all the information requested on the Summary Sheet, as well as complete
entry information for each cat.
To phone in your entry:
You can enter by telephone. However, there is a $5 per entry
charge for phone entries. To enter by phone, call the entry clerk.

| CLOSING DATES

Early Bird: 10% discount if paid in full at
the time your Summary Sheet is received by the entry clerk. Ends
at
9 PM on April 4, 2024.
Regular entries must be received and paid by
9 PM on May 6, 2024.

| PAY AT THE DOOR? |
No -- not unless you make arrangements in
advance with the entry clerk -- and it'll cost you $25 extra!
All entries not paid in advance are subject to a $25 late fee.
Why? Because collecting entry fees at the door really slows down
the check-in process. Also, the club really needs to collect funds up front:
most of our expenses must be paid before the show starts.
