ENTER THE SHOW

To enter your cat in the show, submit the following to the entry clerk:

• A completed summary sheet
• A completed entry form (via TOES) for each cat you're bringing to the show
• Payment for the amount owed.

DEADLINES

NOTE: Entering this show (completing and sending the Summary Sheet) constitutes a legal obligation to pay all fees related to the show, regardless of whether cat(s) actually attend and participate in the show.

• Early Bird closing: To qualify for the 10% Early Bird discount, entries must be received and paid by 9 PM PT on March 3, 2026. If paid after that, entry fees will convert to the Regular price.
  
• Final closing date: 9 PM PT, Sunday, April 5, 2026. (Or when show is full, whichever is earlier.) All entries and all services ordered must be received & paid by this date/time. No late entries will be accepted.

• Payment must be sent within 24 hours.
• Per TICA rules, no refunds will be given.
• Entry fees are payable even if cat is not benched: Entering the show (completing and sending the summary sheet) constitutes a legal obligation to pay all fees related to the show, regardless of whether cats(s) actually attend and participate in the show.
• We reserve the right to cancel entries for which payment has not yet been received.
• Entry fees can only be paid at the door if you make advance arrangements with the entry clerk, and will be assessed a $25 late fee.
• All fees not paid within 10 days of the close of the show will be subject to disciplinary action.
• Cats co-owned but living in different households are eligible for multi-cat discounts providing a copy of the TICA registration showing both owners accompanies the entry. If you enter via the website, please email, fax or mail a copy of the TICA registration to the entry clerk. Do not mail your original TICA registration form to the entry clerk. 
• Returned cheques are assessed a $25 fee for each time returned, plus any bank fees incurred by CF of BC, and must be paid in full prior to benching.
